ADVANCED BASS

Advanced bass players are serious about completely mastering their fretboard, music theory, bass lead soloing and improvising, chord progressions, substitutions, arpeggio applications, complete understanding and fretboard application of harmonic minor, melodic minor, whole tone, diminished scales, related chords and arpeggios, and all the kind of knowledge are the subjects that makes a person into an advanced bass player.

The ability to truly become an advanced bass player with the confidence of knowledge and ability that is necessary to be so, is rarely attained by most of the bass playing population due to two factors. First, most of the teaching methods and bass course options that are easily found in stores and on the internet are not the most innovative and quality methods available. Marketing money rules what you see most, so it is difficult to find or even know that better things exist for you.

Secondly, advanced bass players who have spent so much of their time and money already studying the instrument and not getting where they want to be, still think that anything more than a 100 dollars for a learning program, is too much for them even though they spend thousands on instruments, gear and learning anyway. So they make financial decisions regarding their learning in a backwards manner.

Finally, because they have for so long been exposed to the traditional methods of teaching and they already have a good knowledge and skill base to being with, they don't believe or realize they can learn more. They don't realize, that they need to go back, completely review and learn from the ground, up a structured system of evolutionary teaching from Bass Magic Evolution, that will "put all that knowledge together" for them in the most usable, understandable way. They can go through it faster because of their experience and current understanding, but it is essential to attain that level of confidence that they so desire but can not seem to fully grasp.
